Job Summary
Tous les Jours Dublin/Plain City is looking for a Team Leader / Shift Manager who is positive, dependable, and ready to lead by example.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, takes ownership, and can help run a smooth shift while creating a warm guest experience. The Team Leader supports daily operations, coaches team members, protects product quality, and helps build a strong, respectful team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FOH shifts with professionalism, urgency, and care.
- Support guest experience by making sure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain product presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Help with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support cash handling and daily shift procedures.
- Train and coach new team members with patience and clarity.
- Communicate clearly with BOH and other leaders.
- Help manage labor flow by putting the right people in the right positions.
- Use an ownership mindset: See it. Own it. Solve it.
- Create a positive team environment built on respect, humility, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership, shift lead, café, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to lead calmly during busy moments.
- Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and growth.
