Our client, a local general contractor with a strong presence in the commercial construction space, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
- Oversee project financials, maintaining strict budget control and cost efficiency
- Track expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to meet financial goals
- Lead project teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
