We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or Residential construction projects in the Kenosha area. If you are a motivated leader with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Review blueprints, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Resolve project challenges and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Construction Project Management experience is required.
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
