New state of the art Orthodontic office is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and dependable person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have preferably graduated from a 1 year dental assisting program and/or had at least 1 year of orthodontic clinical assisting experience. Experience is not required for the right candidate, a good attitude and willingness to learn is expected. Bilingual not required but preferred. Hourly pay based on experience.
What you'll Do: Establish a trusting rapport with patients, ensuring that each patient receives a great experience. Educate the patients on orthodontic care. Assist in patient care including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, taking full records including panoramic, cephalometric, and 3-D scans. Maintain patients' charts and transcribe the doctor's notes accurately. Keep chairs stocked and organized as well as clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment. Knowledge of Invisalign is a plus.
