Location: San Jose, California (in-facility)
Job Types: 13-week contract (travel/local) or permanent (direct hire)
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Schedule: Full-time preferred (8s/10s available; setting dependent)
Setting: Outpatient / Acute / Inpatient Rehab / SNF / Home Health (matched to your experience & preference)
We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in San Jose, CA with two options in one posting:
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, pain, and function
Track progress, update goals, and coordinate discharge planning
Document accurately in the EMR (evals, daily notes, progress notes, DCs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients/caregivers
Active California PT license (or ability to obtain quickly)
BLS (AHA preferred; setting dependent)
1+ year PT experience preferred (new grads considered depending on setting)
Strong communication, time management, and patient-centered care
