Base Pay + Commission

Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Maintain knowledge of Ford products, technology, and dealership inventory
Work with management to provide outstanding customer experiences
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for various lengths of time
Must be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to move throughout vehicle inventory lots and dealership facilities
Must be able to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
