Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flat Rate Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
This is a high-volume, process-driven shop — perfect for a technician who wants to stay busy, turn hours, and make strong income.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on automotive and/or powersports units
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- Follow shop processes for inspections, estimates, and repairs
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure all work meets quality control standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of technician experience (automotive or powersports preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
