Position Summary
Automotive Mechanic is responsible for installation of aftermarket accessories including Lift & Level Kits, Alignments, Mount & Balance Wheels/Tires, Bed Covers, Grille Guards, Bumper Replacements, Winch & Winch Mounts, Cab Lighting, LED Lighting, All types of Hitches (Goosenecks, Fifth Wheel & Receiver), Step Bars, Toolboxes, Cargo Management Systems, Racking, Fiberglass Products.
Education
· High School Diploma or GED
· Technical School Certificate (Not Required)
Experience
· 4+ Years in Related Field
· Experience with Automotive Electrical (Preferred)
· Welding and Fabrication Experience Preferred
· Familiar with Automotive Suspension Systems (Preferred)
Essential Duties
· Installation of Aftermarket Accessories
· Troubleshoot Issues & Diagnostics
· Ability to Train Lesser Skill Associates
· Learn Quickly and Carry out Assignments Accurately with Minimal Supervision
· Good Decision-making Skills
· Must have a Dependable Source of Transportation
· Must Work well as a Team Member with others
· Follow Instructions, Safety practices and Standard Operating Procedures
· Must Perform Task in the Allotted times
· Maintain good Housekeeping on a Daily Basis
· Be Consistently Punctual and Attend Work Daily on Time
· Positive Attitude and ability to Learn
· Must Possess a Valid Driver’s License
Physical Duties
· Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a Regular Basis
· Extensive standing or Walking on Concrete

· Company offers Biweekly Pay; Pay is partially commmission based

· Compensation will be Based on Prior Knowledge and Experience
