Penmac is Joplin is NOW HIRING For Machine Operators in Quapaw, OK
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm, including weekdays and weekends
After a 6-month training period, associates will transition to an overnight shift. ($19.00 per hour for night shift)
Summary of the Role:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to make adjustments to machines when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines during the shift.
*
Make basic machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
*
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
*
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
*
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
*
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
*
1+ year of machine operation experience preferred.
*
Ability to make basic machine adjustments.
*
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
*
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Requirements:
*
Must provide proof of High School Diploma or GED.
*
Must submit to a drug screening and federal background check.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour
