About the Role
Crescendo Self Storage Management (CSSM) is a third-party self-storage management company operating a portfolio of 45+ facilities across multiple states.
The SEO & Analytics Specialist owns the technical SEO, analytics, and organic performance engine for the portfolio. This is a hands-on, individually owned specialty within a lean, three-person marketing team, working alongside the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. This person is responsible for how the portfolio performs in organic and AI-driven search, for the technical health of the sites that drive that performance, and for building the in-house expertise that reduces our reliance on outside SEO vendors over time.
This is not a generalist digital marketing role. It is a focused specialty for someone who wants to go deep on SEO, analytics, and search strategy rather than spread across paid media, email, and social.
Selected candidate must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
