We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced clinician, you’ll find a collaborative environment, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in your community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, individualized care for a diverse outpatient caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and front office staff
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture focused on results and relationships
- Participate in continuing education and professional development

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to exceptional patient care and lifelong learning
