As our Partnerships & Referrals Manager, you are the guardian of those relationships. Your mission is to cultivate a network of partners who support federal employees, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and confident in every referral they send our way. This isn’t just about processing leads; it’s about high-touch hospitality and building a reliable, professional ecosystem of support.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Proactively identify and reach out to attorneys, medical professionals, and unions to build genuine, long-term trust and a steady referral rhythm.
- Design a “white-glove” onboarding process and create clear, professional resources (guides, one-pagers) that make referring to us simple and seamless.
- Maintain meticulous records and tracking within the CRM to ensure partner contact information and referral trends are always accurate and organized.
- Partner closely with the Intake Team to facilitate rapid, high-quality handoffs and join regular check-ins to continuously refine the referral flow.
- Provide consistent updates and professional follow-up with partners while strictly adhering to legal, ethical, and privacy boundaries.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
