As an Area Representative, you'll introduce international high school students to welcoming host families, build relationships with local schools, and provide ongoing support throughout the exchange experience. Every placement helps create meaningful cultural connections that last a lifetime.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and screen volunteer host families within your community.
- Network with schools, organizations, churches, and local businesses.
- Match international students with qualified host families.
- Guide and support host families and exchange students throughout the school year.
- Build positive relationships with local schools and community partners.
- Promote cultural exchange through community outreach and marketing.

Successful Area Representatives are people who:

- Are comfortable working independently.
- Have experience in sales, recruiting, education, community outreach, customer service, or volunteer leadership (helpful but not required).
- Appreciate cultural diversity and enjoy working with teenagers and families.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor position with no hourly wage or base salary.
- Earn $1,000 for each full academic-year student placement.
- Bonus opportunities may be available throughout the year.
- Annual incentive trips and additional rewards for top performers.
- Your earning potential depends on the number of students you place and support.
