Assistant Store Manager (Assistant Store Leader) – Kwik Trip
Kwik Trip is looking for self-driven people leaders to help drive store success and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support daily operations, lead a team, and help create a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service
- Train, coach, and develop coworkers
- Assist with daily store operations and lead in the Store Leader’s absence
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and overall store appearance
- Work hands on with our food program to ensure food safety, quality, and company standards are met

Requirements
- Full-time availability 5a-11pm (primarily 2nd shift, 1-10pm, two weekends a month, and holidays)
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week
- Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
- Prior management / leadership experience
- Willingness to learn and work with food program

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
