HVAC Support Technician (In-Office)
Pay: Starting at $30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts Available: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM (Hours may vary in Peak Season)
Location: Full-time, in-office position
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with troubleshooting mini-split systems
- Learn COOPER&HUNTER and OLMO products, including diagnostics and error codes
- Assist customers with warranty registration and replacement part orders
- Document technical support interactions accurately
- Support minor in-house equipment testing and repairs when needed
Qualifications
- EPA License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience (Required)
- Hands-on experience with mini-split systems (Required)
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
