Clinical Magnet is seeking an experienced Director of Therapy Operations to lead therapy services within a highly respected inpatient rehabilitation setting. As the Director of Therapy Operations, you will oversee the organization, development, and daily operations of therapy services while ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. Compensation:
- $145,000 - $165,000 annual salary based on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
Position Overview:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Therapy Operations, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services
- Lead, mentor, and develop therapy teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence
- Develop, implement, and communicate policies, procedures, and best practices to support efficient department operations
- Monitor department performance, staffing needs, productivity, and operational goals to ensure continued success
- Partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and enhanced patient outcomes
- Utilize historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational needs, expenses, and opportunities for program development
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements related to rehabilitation services, documentation, reimbursement, and quality standards
- Educate staff on regulatory updates, clinical expectations, and operational initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community partners to support clinical affiliations and future growth
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to promote rehabilitation services and community awareness
- Provide hands-on clinical support and patient care as needed
- Recognize and celebrate the achievements of therapy staff and patient successes

Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of 5 years of Acute Care or inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy leadership or management experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a clinical or management-related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience overseeing therapy operations within an acute care hospital, inpatient rehabilitation facility, or similar healthcare setting preferred
Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
