Overview
We are looking for a project manager for residential re-roofing. Must have at least 5 years experience with shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing. Must have experience ordering materials and measuring roofs. Looking for a well rounded , self starter who is prepared to work in a detail oriented, fast paced workplace. Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication among homeowners to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry.
- Proficiency in roofing estimating,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction sites.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
