Job description
· Montana Linen Supply is seeking an experienced non-CDL, box truck delivery driver. This position is for a motivated and responsible individual, seeking 30-40 hours/Full Time employment.
· The CSR, Customer Service Representative supports the Service Department, duties are to cover a route and perform service related tasks as required.
· Delivery Positions will work independently and with limited supervision during the day.
· Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspections.
· Ensure timely and correct deliveries of complete textile loads, pick up soiled textiles and maintain proper inventories in accounts.
· Return from route and off load soiled textiles in the receiving area of facility.
· Follow check-in procedures.
· Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
Qualifications:
· Maintain a valid Driver’s license.
· Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
· Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service.
· Excellent verbal/written communication follow directions and good time management skills and a team player.
· Recognize colors, sizes and types of products and count, add, and subtract accurately.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service experience
- The job requires regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling carts throughout the workday.
- Clean Driving Record (No Recent Speeding Tickets, No DUI, etc.)
- Communication with Service Manager when shift is complete.
- Place products on shelves and leave each account clean and organized.
Experience:
- 1 + years of experience driving BOX truck (24-26-Foot truck with lift)
- Operating diesel vehicle
