Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Service Administrator at our location in Fredericksburg, VA. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and excels at providing exceptional customer service.
The Service Administrator serves as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and management, helping ensure repairs move efficiently from intake through completion. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the service department while ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Coordinate the complete repair process, including opening repair orders, scheduling work, communicating repair estimates and timelines, and completing final billing.

Track multiple repair orders simultaneously while ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing status updates and resolving questions or concerns throughout the repair process.

Proactively follow up with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments to obtain information, keep repairs on schedule, and prevent delays.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation while ensuring attention to detail.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software to organize, track, and analyze service information.

Communicate effectively with technicians and management regarding job status, scheduling changes, and customer expectations.

Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a service coordinator, service administrator, dispatcher, administrative, or customer service role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, reports, or other organizational tools.

Comfortable learning new software and utilizing technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and solve problems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
