About the Role:
ELITE is seeking a motivated and professional 2A Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our Plano office. This position focuses on supporting and expanding our network of firearm-related businesses, including FFL dealers, ranges, gunsmiths, and accessory retailers. You will contact merchants across the U.S. to educate them on how our 2A-friendly payment processing solutions can help protect and grow their businesses while offering white-glove support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and engage existing and prospective 2A merchants from our CRM database.
- Educate business owners about ELITE’s secure, compliant, and firearm-friendly payment processing options.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Manage leads and maintain detailed notes in CRM.
- Create and deliver customized sales quotes and proposals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with merchants in the firearms industry.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued merchant satisfaction.
- Adhere to company attendance and performance standards.

Hours:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
