Process vehicle title and registration paperwork in compliance with Nevada state and federal regulations

Ensure timely and accurate licensing and titling of vehicles

Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal and external customers

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and dealership information

Post, track, and reconcile related accounting transactions accurately
This is a full-time and in-office position. You'll work in a professional office setting with an adjustable sit-to-stand desk, and we'll provide training on our dealership systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures

Automotive accounting or title experience preferred
