Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with cognitive, functional, and ADL impairments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions including:
- ADL retraining
- Therapeutic activities
- Therapeutic exercises
- Modalities
- Adaptive equipment training
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- All experience levels welcome
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
