Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our dynamic, fast-growing, high-volume probate, trust, elder and mental health law, and real estate practice. Our main office is located in the northwest suburbs of Cook County and we serve the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities
- Represent and advise guardians in adult and minor guardianship court proceedings.
- Represent estate administrators and interested parties in estate and trust court proceedings.
- Draft clear, precise legal pleadings, reports, orders, and estate planning documents.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
- Provide legal analysis and conduct research on complex issues related to estate planning, administration, and disputes.
- Advise fiduciaries under powers of attorney, trusts, and estates regarding administrative and contested matters.
- Maintain detailed case records and manage administrative tasks efficiently and ethically.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
