American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Milwaukee, WI, requiring a minimum of 3 years of ED experience and night shift availability

Emergency Department setting at a hospital in Milwaukee, WI

Night shift: 19:00–07:30
-
Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Epic EMR used
-
Floating may be required within skill set, either onsite or to sites within 40 miles

Active WI or compact RN license required
-
Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale
-
MOAB or CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required — must be an 8-hour course, renewed every 2 years
-
Minimum 3 years of ED experience required; candidates without travel experience must have 5+ years in a large ED

Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred unless candidate has 5+ years of large ED experience

Full Social Security Number and full date of birth required for consideration

Copy of Driver's License required

Nursys verification and primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
