- 15 bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 3 CNA's Q shift
- AM shift available
- Full Time 7am - 7:30pm (AM)
- 12 hour shifts
- Every other weekend off

Registered Nurse
- Salary Range: $42.00-$51.00 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime pay after 8th hour (every shift)
- Double time after 12 hours
Full-time schedule
- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- Repeat
NeuroRestorative is a unique 15 bed in-patient physical rehabilitation facility located in La Mesa. We specialize in brain and spinal cord injuries while treating a variety of acute and chronic diagnoses. Our patient ratios and effective outcomes make us the ideal facility for a bedside nurse looking for something new.
- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition - PointClickCare documentation used
- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
SNF experience preferred.
