Avellanet Surgical Aesthetics SRQ, a physician-led surgical and aesthetic practice in Sarasota, is seeking a dynamic and motivated, licensed Florida Laser Hair Removal Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, not a clock-in job. You rent dedicated time in our suite; we supply the Soprano Titanium device, all consumables, physician supervision,and front-desk booking, and you keep the majority of the revenue from the patients you bring in. It is built for a motivated, goal-driven provider who wants to grow their own patient base inside an established, supportive practice.
Who we’re looking for:
● A self-starter and go-getter — someone who actively builds their book, not a passive provider waiting for the schedule to fill.
● Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented, with the drive to grow their own patient base.
● A team player who fits a collaborative, physician-led practice.
● Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
● Comfortable performing full-body treatments, including intimate areas (Brazilian, bikini).
● Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient appointments efficiently
● Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus — we serve a large Spanish-speaking patient community.
Required:
● Active Florida Electrologist license with laser and light-based hair removal certification.
● Works on-site under physician supervision with signed written protocols (we provide this framework).
● Experienced providers preferred; recent licensed graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset are welcome.

● Front-desk booking, payment processing, and patient referrals from an established practice.
● Flexible blocks — half or full days, 1–3+ days per week, evenings and weekends available.
