TruGLO Modern Dental is seeking an exceptional female dentist to become a provider of our growing Calabasas location. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited UNITED STATES dental school
- Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program required
- Active California Dental License in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong foundation in comprehensive treatment planning and dental medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for continuing education and lifelong learning
- very knowledegable about the ITERO SCANNER and 3D printing
- Comfortable with performing Hygiene

As the lead dentist of a startup location, you will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while helping establish the culture, patient experience, and clinical standards of the office.

Clinical Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing or learning a broad range of procedures, including:
- Comprehensive examinations
- Emergency dentistry
- Restorative dentistry
- Crowns and implant restorations
- Implant restorations
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Veneers and smile design
- Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
- Digital dentistry workflows
- Simple extractions (preferred not a must)
- Root canal therapy (preferred not a must)
- Periodontal maintenance and preventive care
Hygiene Responsibilities
Because this is a startup practice, there will not initially be a dedicated hygienist.
The doctor must be comfortable performing:
- Adult prophylaxis
- Periodontal maintenance
- Scaling and root planing
- Comprehensive periodontal evaluations
- Patient education and preventive care
- Peptide treatments for tooth and gum regeneration
This role requires a doctor who embraces comprehensive patient care and understands that helping grow a startup practice involves wearing multiple hats while maintaining the highest standard of care.
Technology Requirements
Technology is a major part of our practice philosophy.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:
- iTero digital scanning
- Digital photography
- CBCT imaging
- AI-assisted diagnostics
- Paperless charting systems
- Same-day digital workflows
- In-house 3D printing technology
Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows is highly preferred.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be discussed confidentially during the interview process based on experience, training, clinical skills, and overall qualifications.
