Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee growth
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on workforce data
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and organizational strategy
- Oversee health and safety initiatives in the workplace
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Leadership experience in managing HR teams

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
