Our Service Staff is responsible for all food & beverage service for our members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Server sets up, maintains and cleans up the dining space, all the while ensuring exceptional guest service and creating an inviting dining atmosphere. Good candidates will be able to deliver consistent service exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to set-up and break down dining rooms, bars and buffets.
- Use proper wine, beverage and food service techniques
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests
- Interact with members and guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Our Ideal Candidate is:
· Looking for part time evening and/or weekend hours, to potentially grow into more shifts with great Healthcare Benefits
· Committed to providing VIP service to our members and guests while making them feel like they’re at their own home
· Interested in a steady, hourly rate with earlier evenings and some weekends off
· Familiar with food preparations, dietary restrictions, spirits & wines
· Fluent in English, well-spoken, and able to engage with a variety of personalities
· A team player with prior serving experience
· Previous Club experience is a plus!
