Position Summary
Our Sourcing team is responsible for building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with our Recruiting team to develop detailed candidate profiles needed for our client’s open roles and source potential candidates based on specific skills and requirements. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will interact with a high volume of creative and marketing talent, build lasting relationships and provide the very best candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates within the creative and marketing space using professional networks and tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, Behance, Monster, etc.
- Review a high volume of applicants for talent pipeline through various sourcing tools and methods including but not limited to job boards, referrals, meetups, networking events, and community outreach.
- Pre-screen new candidates, discuss job preferences, capture data, conduct process walkthrough, and send follow up emails.
- Work closely with internal Recruiters to understand current needs, future openings and shifting priorities.
- Build and maintain exceptional candidate relationships throughout the sourcing lifecycle and work with a sense of urgency when responding to all candidate needs.
- Conduct check-ins and gather assignment feedback for candidates active on assignment.
- Stay organized and plan daily activities to ensure goals, benchmarks and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Experience & Skills
- Ideally 1+ year professional work experience within the fields of sourcing, or interacting directly with customers/clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service mindset.
- Strong project management and time efficiency skills, willingness to learn, takes accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Work will be primarily remote but will require you to be onsite in Oakland 2 to 3 days/week depending on your location. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, unlimited PTO, and more.
