Manage long-term roadmaps, marketing, implementation, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring successful product outcomes. Combines strong product management skills with sufficient technical expertise to effectively partner with technical teams, architects, security professionals, vendors, legal counsel, procurement, and other required stakeholders. Serve as a strategic technical product manager for enterprise technology services with an initial focus on Microsoft 365 and other unified communication platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, productizing, and driving adoption of enterprise services within the Platform Services unit, ensuring they deliver measurable value to University of Utah and University of Utah Health. In addition to Microsoft 365 services, define the product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer experience for Google Workspace, Gemini, Voice Services including CCaaS, Web Application Deployment & Automation services, Database Services, and other related enterprise technology offerings supporting the University of Utah and University of Utah Health.
