Locks Co., a wholesale door hardware distributor in Miami Gardens, is hiring a full-time Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk / Office Assistant.
This is a hybrid role with three parts:
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (~60% of your week)- Manage the AR ledger: invoicing, posting payments, applying credits- Reconcile customer accounts and run weekly aging reports- Follow up on past-due accounts by phone and email- Process customer payments (ACH, credit card, check)- Support the Comptroller with month-end close
SALES SUPPORT (~30% of your week)- Work directly with our head salesperson on quotes and order entry- Help customers with order status, availability, and product questions- Maintain customer records and keep the pipeline organized
OFFICE & TECH SUPPORT (~10% of your week)- Be the in-office go-to for printer jams, phone resets, and basic computer issues- Coordinate with our outside IT vendor for bigger problems
This position reports to the Comptroller and the CEO.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
