Overview
We are partnering with a growth-focused investment firm seeking to add a Vice President or Principal to its investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and supporting investments across high-growth consumer and technology businesses.
This individual will work closely with senior leadership and founders, helping drive investment activity across the Series A and Series B landscape while contributing to portfolio value creation initiatives.

Source and originate new investment opportunities through proactive outreach, industry relationships, and network development

Lead evaluation and diligence efforts on prospective investments

Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, intermediaries, and industry participants

Develop financial models, investment memorandums, and investment recommendations

Manage transaction processes from initial evaluation through closing

Support portfolio companies through strategic initiatives, growth planning, and value creation efforts

Monitor portfolio company performance and industry trends

Mentor junior investment professionals and contribute to team development

5-10 years of relevant experience in growth equity, venture capital, private equity, or a combination of investment banking and investing

Demonstrated sourcing and deal origination experience

Proven transaction execution experience across Series A and Series B investments

Strong experience evaluating consumer, consumer technology, software, fintech, digital commerce, marketplaces, or technology-enabled services businesses

Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities

Experience interacting directly with founders and management teams

An investor with 5-10 years of experience who combines strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on transaction execution experience and has invested across growth-stage consumer and technology companies, particularly within the Series A and Series B ecosystem.
