We are currently seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
- Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings efficiently and on schedule
- Handle move-in/move-out and deep cleaning projects
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products responsibly
- Arrive on time and work effectively independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with Airbnb, hotel-style housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is a plus
