Nikugen is an upscale Japanese restaurant specializing in hibachi steak and ramen, and we are looking for excellent and motivated servers to join our team full or part-time. As a server, you will be expected to respond to guests in a polite and attentive manner, as well as provide exceptional customer service. We offer flexible scheduling with separate lunch (10AM-2:30PM) and evening (5PM-9:30PM) shifts, as well as employee benefits.
Looking for servers available year-round. We are not looking for seasonal employees at this time.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Taking and processing guests’ orders in a timely manner
- Memorizing food and drink items on menu upon customer inquiry
- Working in an efficient manner in an intensive work environment
- Maintaining a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly
Experience:
- 1 year of serving experience preferred, but not required
