Responsibilities
- Must have your own clientele
- Be able to develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels
- Provide guidance on physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Promote your services through fitness sales techniques and build lasting client relationships
- Hold current fitness certification
- Manage scheduling and ensure a professional, motivating environment for all clients
- Maintain your own liability insurance
- Be professional and reliable
- Keep the facility clean after each session
Qualifications
- Proof of certification(s) in any fitness related field (Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, etc)
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design to create effective workout plans
- Background in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
- Prior experience in group fitness instruction or health club operations is a plus
