Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or hospitality spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or guest areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed
- Manage kitchen cleaning tasks including wiping down surfaces, cleaning appliances, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards in all areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents or guests
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely
- Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
