Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant or Companion to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will support patients with their daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
- Document patient information accurately
- Assist with mobility by helping patients move to different locations within the community
- Assist with appointment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program is preferred.
- Previous experience is recommended .
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and respect for all individuals.
