Matrescence Therapy is currently hiring clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD) licensed in Texas to join our growing virtual private practice. Our company currently operates in Illinois, and we are expanding south!
Matrescence Therapy specializes in supporting women and families throughout fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and perimenopause/menopause. We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about working with the perinatal population and have experience supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, parenting challenges, life transitions, infertility, perinatal loss, and stress management.
As this is a new geographic area of expansion, we are looking for candidates who are excited about the growth of a private practice, and have a flexible timeline.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to grow within a collaborative, mission-driven, niche group practice. Benefits include fully remote work, W-2 employment, competitive compensation, case consultation, administrative support, and a flexible caseload typically ranging from 15–25 clients per week.
Special consideration will be given to clinicians who hold a PMH-C certification, have experience working with couples, and/or have significant experience with reproductive and perinatal mental health. We strongly encourage clinicians who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ to apply.
Applicants must be fully licensed in Texas (at this time, we do not have the ability to bring on pre-licensed clinicians), special consideration for those who hold additional state licenses or endorsements.
