- Sweep designated areas.
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators/freezer, cutting boards and other food prep surfaces.
- Sanitizing cooking utensils, dishware, and workstations
- Remove trash from designated area and put in correct trash receptacles
- Assist with catering setups, banquet functions, and special events as needed
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Helps load and unload supplies and product if needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physically must be able to
-Stand for long periods of time
-Bend to utilize dishwasher
-Lift up to 50lbs
-Adjust to flow of business
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS START AT 4PM/5PM AND END AT 9PM/10PM OR WHEN ALL WORK IS COMPLETED.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
