As a Registered Nurse at South Haven Health & Rehabilitation, you'll provide exceptional clinical care while leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals. You'll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every resident receives personalized, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Deliver exceptional resident-centered nursing care

Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Develop and update individualized care plans

Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants

Collaborate with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate electronic documentation
-
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
-
Foster a safe, respectful, and healing environment for residents

Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
-
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

Current BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
