3rd shift Monday - Friday
We're looking for an experienced Plastic Molding Shift Lead to oversee a small team of operators while supporting machine setup, quality, production, and safety goals.
Responsibilities
· Lead, train, and support operators on shift.
· Schedule and provide break coverage.
· Monitor safety, quality, and workplace organization.
· Set up and troubleshoot injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
· Validate part quality and make process adjustments.
· Perform material handling and basic machine maintenance.
· Run automated jobs and assist with weekly shutdown activities.
Qualifications
· Experience setting up and processing plastic molding machines.
· Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, and machine parameters.
· Ability to identify part defects and use inspection tools.
· Comfortable using computers and reading English instructions.
· Toyo press experience is a plus.
· Reliable attendance and strong leadership skills.
