Our established cosmetic and general dental practice in Fairfax, VA is offering a paid apprenticeship with growth into a dental assistant/receptionist role. This is a rare, hands-on opportunity ideal for pre-dental, pre-med, nursing, and pre-health students who are serious about pursuing a career in healthcare.
We are passionate about mentoring motivated students and providing real-world experience in both the clinical and business aspects of dentistry—valuable knowledge not typically taught in school.

Responsibilities
Administrative:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance and assisting with front desk operations
Clinical:
- Chairside assisting
- Preparing and maintaining operatories
- Instrument sterilization and infection control
