We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant to join our thriving practice in Fleming Island, FL. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, outpatient primary care to children and young adults, partnering with a solo lead physician in a dedicated, community-focused clinical environment. This part-time position offers a structured, manageable schedule with dedicated clinical support, making it an ideal opportunity for a clinician seeking work-life balance while making a direct impact on pediatric health.

Scope of practice: Outpatient primary care for pediatric patients ages 0-18, newborn/preemie care, pediatric mental health, obesity management, and chronic care management.

Flexible Scheduling: Part-Time (2 days/week, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM); flexibility to cover PTO, no call responsibilities

Team Support: 1:1 Medical Assistant support dedicated to help with patient workups, triage, and inbox management

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant
- Prior pediatric primary care experience preferred. Open to new grads with strong pediatric clinical rotations.

Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills

Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

State licensure and board certification is required
