In this energetic role, you will engage with customers while providing excellent customer service, assist consignors with all of their consignment needs, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their consignment accounts
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and sales processing
- Learn the world of consginment
- Maintain a clean store, helping customers with sales and consignment while using intiative, multi tasking, and staying busy.
- Ensuring the store feels inviting by always being friendly and being patient
- Communicate effectively via phone or in person to answer customer questions and scheduling appointments
- Previous retail work experience, computer POS experience, or knowledge of consignment is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- This is a very friendly environment. This postion requires someone who is comfortable with being out-going and talking to people.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Commitment to working every Friday and Saturday consistently
- Multi tasking will be a huge part of this position

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
