As an Automotive Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and vehicle maintenance. Your expertise and work ethic will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools and administrative systems.

Demonstrate courteous and professional interactions with all customers.

Assist as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive to welcome customers.

Stay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.

Deliver safe and reliable vehicle services on the first attempt.

Address original customer concerns before offering additional services.
-
Inspect vehicles for maintenance aligned with local and factory recommendations and identify additional sales opportunities.

Ensure customers’ vehicles are returned clean or cleaner than when received.

Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs.

Complete all required documentation accurately and maintain organization of repair orders.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Maintain punctuality, readiness to work, and adhere to uniform standards.
This is a full-time position with scheduled hours as assigned by management.

Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
