HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
Installation of furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, and water heaters for residential projects.
HVAC Installer Qualifications:
Lead installers should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a lead installing residential HVAC equipment and the leadership skills necessary to supervise and develop junior installers. The Lead Installer should have the:
- Installation of split systems, rooftop packaged equipment, ductwork and low voltage electrical.
- Technical skills to perform quality installations
- Customer relations skill required to earn customer confidence and satisfaction
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- EPA card
- 06A is a plus
