Office Manager – Dental Implant & General Dentistry Practice
We are seeking a strong and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our Full Arch Implant Center and General Dentistry practice. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record of managing a successful dental office, presenting and closing high-value treatment plans, and leading a high-performing team.
Dental implant knowledge is required. We are looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to keep the office organized, motivated, and productive while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, support the clinical and administrative teams, and help drive production and collections goals. This individual must be comfortable presenting treatment plans and financial options, coaching team members, and creating a positive and accountable office culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management
- Manage and support all team members.
- Create staff schedules and approve time cards and time-off requests.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
Front Office Operations
- Support the front office with scheduling and patient communications.
- Assist with insurance verification, claims, and treatment coordination.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to treatment completion.
Business Management
- Help achieve monthly production and collection goals.
- Monitor schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure patients are properly re-appointed and follow through with recommended treatment.
- Maintain strong operational and financial performance of the practice.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with providers to achieve daily and long-term practice goals.
- Lead daily morning huddles and team meetings.
- Present and confidently discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Maintain accountability and motivate the team to achieve success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dental office management experience.
- Experience managing a busy dental practice.
- Proven ability to present and close high-value treatment plans.
- Knowledge of dental implant and surgical procedures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Open Dental software.
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills.

- Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year
