Hours will include opening at 6:30 am and closing as late as 9 pm. Fridays and Saturdays are included in hours worked.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, energy drinks, dirty sodas, and bagels.
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper food handling and hygiene procedures
- Assist with food preparation, serving snacks or light meals as needed to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred; enthusiasm for learning about dirty sodas, coffee and more is essential.
- Excellent customer service w/ the ability to engage positively w/ diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is key
