Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to identify their insurance needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication about insurance options.
- Assist in the analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products such as health, life, property, or casualty coverage.
- Conduct client consultations to explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options while negotiating terms that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all client interactions adhere to industry standards.
- Support benefits administration processes by helping clients understand their coverage options and policy details.

- Knowledge of commercial insurance, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and insurance regulation is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
